I think something is getting lost in the translation. Not really sure what "windshield serge" is. What model HDs do you have? Are you looking to replace an existing windshield, add one to a bike that doesn't have one?

I'm guessing "windshield serge" is what we call "buffeting"; the turbulent flow of air off the edges of the windshield that bounces your head around. What kind of bike are we talking about, a fairing bike, windshield only, or a naked bike?
