The issue isnt about getting a great tune from a tuner any of these listed are good,  but there are other fctors involved with a tuner besides just that,  If you change wheel sizes, change gearing, Which ones have the calibration parameter to change this setting in the ecm,  things like that,  thats what u need to look at alos

I take it that regarding the SEST or SEPST, one is a latter version of the other?
I'll leave it pat for now, unless some great deficiency is found.

I must admit that this poll is the product of my mind, which is new to EFI and its variables.
Every prior bike has had a carb and 4 or last one a 5 speed. Please forgive the gaps in info.

Not exactly. The SERT (Screaming Eagle Race Tuner) was the previous HD software. The developer of that software was released from their HD obligations and developed MasterTune TTS. The most current version of the HD EFI tuning software (a different developer than the SERT) is called the Screaming Eagle Pro Super Tuner. The software is sometimes referred to as SEPST and sometimes abbreviated to SEST, but they are the same software.

The question is: How can I get the best performance with my bike with the mods I chose to put on?

Answer:  First, fine the best tuner around your locality
Second, ask him to tune your bike with the device of his choice (the device that your tuner is most comfortable with and gets the best results

Talk to your tuner and find a solution together.
