Went to JARZ Performance in Abbotsford, BC for final tune. Smoothed the tune out and gained few HP & torque.
Also got rid of decel pop.. As others told me JARZ does seem to know what they are doing.

I think the head work helped me get decent numbers.  I think the Andrews 54's like
a little more compression then the stock set up

115 hp / 121 tq. She hits 100 tq @ 2200 rpm and comes back down at 6000 rpm. She's a sweet ride. Many with 117 make higher numbers, I'm happy where I'm at.

Scotty, glad to hear Jarz worked out.  Does the bike seem to run any cooler than before, I realize you are making more power (which is heat/BTU's) but what do you think?  Who did the heads-Jarz or your builder, .030 gaskets too?  Tks

Hi Gordy
I have never had a problem with heat on this bike. The SERG runs nice and cool both before and after the build.
The heads were done by Fred's Heads in Renton, WA. The build was put together by Chad at Sound Harley in
Marysville, WA & .030 gaskets were also used.
The Dyno showed 83 HP & 101 torque before the build
110.60 HP & 118.85 torque after the build
My best description of the difference is smooth power all the way through the power band.

should run cooler than stock or stage 1...cam has good overlap, corrected compression in the safe range, tuned correctly
