Certain clubs have a higher membership fee and you just happened to join one that does not apply the "LEAN" principle in any aspect of its game!!!!

Better words have never been spoken.... :drink:

OK --  OK ---  you guys have convinced me to buy that $8000.00 Yamaguchi. Can you please post the website for the all mighty Yamaha forum, so I can tell everyone on there what a superior bike the Yamaha is to the Harley. I bet there won't be more than a handfull of Harleys at Sturgis this year when the Harley lovers see this thread. I had 35,000 miles on the last CVO (2006 SEUC) with virtually NO problems, but according to some on this tread, my luck is about to expire on the 2010 SEUC. Guesss I had better bail out while I can. :furious2: :knife:  NOT!!

Damn, I forgot all about those old bikes! I think one of my classmates had one circa 1962 or so!!!
I don't remember it costing 8K.....more like $300 I think!

I have the same ride. After the gasket replacement, I've had no problems. I did add pipes and a tuner to get the temps down. The only issue I've had is warped front rotors. Other than that, its been great.

2010 SEUC bought in Sep 2009, 7,600 miles and just noticed oil seepage coming from the rear head gasket. Appointment on 6 May to have it checked out.

Without a sump jar on my 08 SEUC and if I get my oil level to high after changing oil I get oil blowing around on the back cylinder. I have learned to wipe it off and go riding. As soon as the oil level comes down to about a half Qt low from full I get no more oil on the aft cylinder.

I have an 08 CUSE3 and just got a 10 FLHSE and love them both. Have been on and around Harley's since the 70 s with a few rice burners thrown in. I still have a hard time believing you can jump on these new bikes for a 5 thousand + mile ride and you do not even need to take spare parts. Would not have anything else ! !

I am sure there are some that are good to go.  Enjoy the ride, and keep your eyes and ears open for anything out of the ordinary.
