Just cuirous about the allocation system. I found on Google search that 3500 SG's will be produced. Is this a correct figure?

That's what HD has predicted but the actual figures won't be known until 2010 production stops. For my 05 SEFB I requested a letter from HD Customer Service stating how many were made broken down by the color and received it. I then found that someone else had requested the same thing and posted it here. I'm sure we can do the same for the 2010 SESG.

My dealer has had in two SRs, one CC, and one TS.  I bought the second SR.

Not sure how it's allocated but I know that several of the larger dealerships in Nor Cal have had multiples of the same colors.

That could be from trading with other dealerships though.  The dealership that I bought mine from is a very small dealership in a small populated town way up north and they've already had two blue SESGs.

I believe the amount of CVO's a dealership is allocated is based on their Bar & Shield rating and some other ratings (sales, customer service, etc) the MoCo rates them on.

I got #2 of 3 SR from my stealership... haven't seen any of the other colors with them... will ask when I'm in later this week.

So far, my dealer has had 2 Spiced Rum and 1 Concord. No Tequilas.

My dealer has had 3 Spiced Rums, (I got the first one), and one Tequila Sunrise.  Elected not to get any of the Candy Concord as he said blue bikes do not sell well at their dealership.  They had a hard time selling the TS also.  Spiced Rums have only sat in the stores a couple of days before they sold.     I saw my first Spiced Rum, besides my own, on the road the other day...so I don't know how many of each color they are producing.
