Choice calibration in Super Tuner for FLTRSE3

Hello, I have a road glide 2009 CVO 110ci with stock air cleaner (SE ventilator), slip on SE, and Vance exaust (no catalyst)

My harley store change ECM with the super tuner, and I want to change a lot of parameter, and I don't know what map choice.
