Yes. I have a spiced rum FLHXSE and got a matched tour pack from MOCO.  Check with your HD dealer on price.  Will need to add a different mounting set.

If you want to make it detachable you just need the right hardware

I purchased a used KTP off of an ultra which has lights.  I want the lights on the KTP because it will only be on the back when my wife is on with me.  So I'll have a minor margin of safety added from the additional visibility.  Also I am cheap.  If I can get the paint done for a reasonable price I'll have saved some dough.  If the price doesn't favor me, I'll have more headaches and money in this thing than it is worth, but at least it will be a little different.

If you are planning to use it as a solo TP, it fits the mounts already on the bike from the factory. You would just need the solo TP mounting rack.
