I have Rienhart full exhaust on my SEUC 10 and I love the way the bike sounds. The challenge that they present is that they make it hard to check transmission dipstick. 8)

I'm considering the Powerport headers from Cobra.  They look pretty good and I can't wait to gety rid of the science project in the stock header's collector!

Full Sac makes a X-pipoe thta is ceramic coated for under $500 (I think) and it has excellent ratings as do the Fule Moto Stainless Steel X-Pipe.   One of my buddies has ordered the Full Sac x-pipe and the Fule Moto Carbon Fibers Slip-ons as well as the TTS and Stage I AC.  Three weeks before it is in.

The X-pipe has the crossover which means both cylinders feed into one common chamber then out to both mufflers. A 2 into 1 into 2 system. The true duals are 2 separate pipes completely. You will have better low end response with the X pipe, but the true duals will perform better on the top end.

I am running the stock mufflers/baffles with the decatted stock head pipe, SE air cleaner with stock cover, and Fullsac's TTS map.

Do not know what the dyno numbers are with this setup.  Runs good.  Mufflers are getting louder with miles.  Sounds good to me.

Even with a catless headpipe, the stock mufflers are very quiet, and also quite restrictive. Jim at Fullsac sells 3 different sizes of replacement baffles for your mufflers. A 1 3/4", a 2", and a 2 1/4". I have the 2", and I am extremely happy with them They are not obnoxiously loud. They have a nice rumble when cruising, and they speak up when you get on it. They are a bit quieter than Reinhardts when cruising, and they have a deeper sound overall. You can install them yourself, or send your mufflers to Fullsac, and Jim will do the installation.

Hope this info helps, Ken  8)

To me, it sounds like a Harley.  On acceleration, it does not bark but growls.

I got tired of looking at the rusty pipes sticking out of the mufflers so last night, I took the end caps off and cut exactly 1" off each pipe (just like the Fullsac baffles are).  Looks much better and the sound is a little better also.  Painted them also.

On my wifes's 96" the 1.75" baffles sound great.  On a 110, they are too loud for me.

The stock mufflers/shields look great and this is the way I will keep the bike exhaust wise.

We saw about a 10/10 increase with just the cat gone, Fullsac cores, good TTS tune, decent air cleaner. The 96 and 103" bikes are pretty quiet. The 113" is LOUD but nice. (true duals).

I like this setup........MHO

I know this is an old post but there seems to be no data on any forums about the Cobra Powerport duals.  I looked and found nothing so since I bought a set for my 2010 FLHR I thought I'd post some info.
I bought them through Dennis Kirk for $341.99 plus 10 dollars shipping due to being an oversize box.
The Chrome is excellent in finish.  The fit is perfect.  They are extremely easy to install because they are a 3 piece design.  Two head pipes go on separate then the collector which includes the crossover pipe slide onto the head pipes as one unit. The required collector to head pipe clamps are completely hidden by the two perfectly fitting full length heat shields, which I'll ad were the best fitting and easiest to mount heat shields I've ever installed.
The collector unit is actually still two pipes with a port welded between them.  The old H style crossover I've seen on some car exhausts.  They provide all the clamps you need to mount shields and head pipes to collector.  They replace the stock Harley crossover mount and clamp with their own quality unit to accommodate their full diameter crossover pipe which includes a new shield for the left side which covers more area and looks a lot better than the stock piece that only covers part of the pipe.  They also replace the headpipe clamp at the transmission with their own great fitting piece.
We'll have to see how the chrome holds up over time but I'll tell you that these head pipes are good looking and engineered for a very simple install and perfect fit.  I rode the RK to work a couple of days this week and took a 280 mile morning ride today on a road I have ridden many times before.  Seat of pants and sound of the motor tells me that to bike picked up a little torque and the throttle is most definitely smoother around town.  Pulls the long inclines stronger, nothing dramatic but definitely stronger.

For your reference: This is a stock 2010 FLHR Road King, 96ci, with nightrider Variable IEDs adjusted at approximately the 13.9 AFR setting.  It has a SE style ness big sucker air cleaner and HD SE Fatshotz.  I don't run the bike hard but I like to play hard from time to time so I can tell you how hard my bikes will accelerate and the top speed of each one.  The headpipes do make the bike run better.  Does it compare to my SE 110 Ultra, with a SEST tune, SE intake and Fulsac headpipes: NO, but it does run good and the Cobra HP does let you hear the exhaust in a nice deep tone.  Also both mufflers now flow quite evenly.  You can stand 3-4 feet behind the RK now and feel the exhaust flow easily on your legs from both sides.

Bootom line for me: well worth the $350.00
