I got the Candy Concord TU paint and went to use it for the first time. It seems that it is lighter than the rest of the bike. Is there a 2nd bottle with a base coat that I am missing? Dealer doesn't seem to know much. Anybody else run into this?? And yes....it does say Candy Concord on the bottle

I've never seen an HD touch up paint from HD that matches......either to light or two dark.

I usually buy black bikes so I never had a problem.......until now

Since Mom was an English teacher and I got corrected many times as a kid,  now it seems upon occassion I find myself doing it.

The color may be (too) light and again, it could be (too) dark.   It will never be to light and/or two dark

P.S.   Maybe if you add a coat of clear on top of your touch up color,  it will come closer to matching.

I bought a quart of paint one time and it seems to me I had to buy 2 different quarts to make it look right. But the second quart may have been activator.
