After nearly 3 weeks of trying to find the time to install my new pipes, I finally got the chance this weekend. Added V&H true duals, V&H ovals, SERT and SE stage 1 air cleaner.

Congrats!
I am still trying to decide wether to go with the Freedom set up or the V&H setup that you have. I would really like to hear from some people on the comparison of the 2. What made you decide to go with V&H vs the Freedom set up. Sound, $$$, Performance? Thanks. [smiley=confused5.gif]

EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT BUT I WOULD GO WITH THIS CONFIG........I HAVE THE SAME EXCEPT THAT I HAVE SE PIPES... [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

I now have a problem that I call the "black hole effect" where you can see the starter and solenoid more open.

Those pipes look great! I had V&H on my 2000 FLHTC and never had a lick of problems with them. My sympathies about your "black hole" problem but as the saying goes "Chrome will set you free!"

Hazer,
Yeah, March is just around the corner but have to get rid of the snow first.  April is usually the first riding weather in South Dakota.  I see you are in Vegas.  I was just there last week.  Spent a few days at some friends in Lake Havasu and only 1 day in Vegas.  Weather was perfect.
