Run what it comes with but do yourself a favor and dump the oil and filter at the 300 mi mark.  Then run from that point what ever your going to run from then on.  Just my .02  Personally I run Mobil 1 Syn 20-50 but many run Amsoil.  Both are good and the most popular.  Tranny and primary are another discussion.

What type of oil should be used to break in a new Motor??  I prefer to use motor oil, and assuming a normal climate, 20w50 would be a good choice.  Kind of like what the manufacturer fills it with.

Regardless of all the wives tales you may find floating around, synthetic oil is just fine for "break-in" of modern day engines, and you don't need to go through all kinds of silly routines or change the oil two or three times in the first 1000 miles either.  Follow the directions in the owner's manual, and don't let the engine overheat by sitting for more than a minute or two at idle.  The SYN3 will be just fine for break-in.  Why waste it by dumping it prematurely and changing to a lesser product like Harley 360?  Makes absolutely no sense to do so.
