benvenuto, welcome to the site from the dark side of Germany  ;)

As to your pipe-problem you may consider Kess Tech - a bit pricey but perfecly legal and definitely not BMW-like  ::)

I got the same licence-plate as you do - nothing standing out towards the fender in my case  :confused5:

If there is anything have the dealer gind it away  ;)

Thank you for pipe suggestion I know the factory because they are always present at Fakersee and at the other rallies in Central Europe. For the license: the German one is the biggest in Europe so the screws are far away from fender's surface, in any case the guys at the workshop found a solution similars to yours, they grid the screws as much as possible and it seems to work well (hopefully). Ciao

Welcome from California. Hope to see pics of your bike with the Coliseum.
For sure, my garage is only one mile far away from Colisem, I'll take a picture of the bike in front of it next saturday. Ciao.

Welcome Romanstar and thanks for the pictures. I hve a few memories of Rome as I did a 6 month Med tour back in the late 70's and spent alot of time in Naples working aboard ship.
Would like to take my wife there someday if things ever get better with this terror thing.  :nervous: I would rather arrive by ship than plane if you know what I mean.  :2vrolijk_21:
How is it riding thru Rome with all the traffic  :nixweiss: and are all the cage drivers still as crazy in those lil cars and like their horns and hand jesters like they use to.  :nixweiss:
Send more pictures.  :worthless:

I often flight between Italy and US and in my opinion the sky is safe, the controls at ground are very efficient and it doesn't seem the same with ships. Maybe you can choise a cruise on Mediterrean Sea but to save time it should be better again to take a plane to reach a Mediterranean port. About traffic and horns, is nothings more than in New York, Boston and Chicago. Rome is an old town the really big problem is the dimension of the roads, too narrow. In Italy we have also places in which is still possible to have a very good style of life. Only 30 miles far away from Rome there is a natural reserve where you can find wildlife. Wolfs, foxes, bears and eagles live there, I got a little house there and I often go in the timberland with my old Montesa Trial, for miles and miles along the paths in the mountains I meet nobody, for safety always I bring with me the radio. So if you'll come again I'll show you another Italy, less chaotic more relaxing.
