Black Pipe attached to exhaust.

Does anyone know what this pipe is that is attached to the 2010 Convertable ?

It is the exhaust crossover pipe.

A crossover pipe is used to help increase the bottom end torque and is used as a method to quiet the exhaust.

Thanks for the info guys. I had dressers before this and the crossover was totally different.
