« on: February 08, 2006, 11:06:54 AM »

Just wanted to introduce myself, Im brand spankin new here, and just got my FLHTCUSE about a month ago, I am the guy you want to ride with if you are lookin to mooch a Cuban Cigar or 2 during Pit stops. Im in the Oakland/Hayward area. Looks like a great Forum, and a great place for CVO information (Now I wished I had not bought my Pipes untill I heard from some of you as to which are the best to put on my Scooter) lol. Welcome to the site.....yer gonna like it here!

O.K. as far as the cigar smokin crowd goes.......hook up with Erniezap on this site and he can introduce you to a bunch of our friends in the San Jose area.  They ride from cigar store to cigar store.  Hell, Don even has a built in humidor in his home.  Never seen anything like it........those guys make a party out of smokin cigars. [smiley=nixweiss.gif]  On the serious side.......a great bunch of guys and I've known most of them for years.  Of course what really gives em class is that a couple of those guys actually ride CVOs! [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]  Me, Ernie and Andy (AK on this site) are workin on the rest of em. [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Anyway, you'll meet all the guys from the bay area that are on this site, soon enough......all really good people.  But then I'd have to really say that about everybody that I've met from this site regardless of where they come from.

Welcome and look forward to meeting and riding with you real soon.

Welcome to the site, Mike!  Congrats on your recent purchase!  Be sure to check out the FLHTCUSE section of the board.  Lots of info. there on your model.

Be sure and check out the Events section, too.  There's a get-together in Cripple Creek, CO that a bunch of folks from your neck of the woods are heading to in June.  Maybe you can hook up with some of them and we'll see ya there!

CigarMike,
Welcome to the site, and congrats on your new bike. Lets see some pictures. Since nobody has already "officially" done this. Here it is...

 [smiley=worthless.gif] [smiley=worthless.gif]

BTW, nothing like ending a day of riding sipping some good whiskey and smoking a fine cigar. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Amen to that except I'm sipping good Whisky not WhiskEy (I'm a good Scottish exile y'ken) at the end of my day and no riding just yet.

Cheers (hic)

Dave

Speaking of this (whiskey/whisky)...

Try a shot of Wild Turkey Liquor (it comes w/honey in it) and shot of Gentlemen Jack on the rocks.

Yummy!

Now that does sound interesting 'dood

I usually try to steer clear of JD - lost a complete day on a rally in Venice (Italy) a couple of years ago
