Who is the manufacturer of the 2009 Harley Davidson Blade Wheel?

Does anyone know who builds the 2009 Screamin Eagle Road Glide wheel?  I love the design but would like to put a 21" or 23" on the front.

Renegade was making a 21" wheel for the purposes of putting on the front of a 09 SERG.  Not sure if they still are.  It is called the rampage.  Picture on the link below.
