Seeing how things change so quickly I'm a little confused about what would be a GOOD price on 02 Screaming Eagle Wide Glide. 7K miles and pretty much stock (Blue). Thanks in advance!

a GOOD price.......10-11K.....blue seems to be the least expensive color...black ones are more and the red 2001 fxdwg2 also seems to be more expensive....

Agree with MBJ's assessment. Own a red FXDWG2 myself. Anything around $10K would be reasonable for a stock bike in excellent condition with under 10K miles. I would be sure you get the stock seat (silver for the blue/silver and black for the black/gold with the ostrich side inserts) as they are a pain to find. Stock exhaust not so much.

There were 1,700 of the red/gold ones made in '01 and 1,950 of the blue/silver & black/gold made in '02. The split between the colors in '02 was not 50/50, believe there were 5-600 of the black/gold made and 1,300-1,400 of the blue/silver made making the black/gold the rarest of the Switchblades but leaving the red the fastest (red being the fastest color).

IMHO, almost any HD V Twin with under 10Kmiles should fetch $10K in decent shape.

And of course--only the people that own the red ones think they are the fastest. the rest of us know better

The last 2 red ones sold on ebay for 10k and 10100.  One had 15k miles the other about 19k

I'd fully agree. Even a mostly stock Softail could sell for that price with that low mileage.
