Thanks again to all for their thougths on this topic.  I have located and purchased a 2004 Black/Cobalt SEEG.  So if anyone is looking for a candy/crimson 2006 they can have the one that I'm giving up.  Going to wait till the 07's to see if Harley fixes the paint problem and puts a NORMAL tour pack on the bike.  As soon as the 04 gets delivered I'll post some pics.

If the MoCo is monitoring this thread the reason I pulled my order is because of the concern over the paint issues and my wife's EXTREME distaste of the tour pack...we just didn't feel justified spending that kind of money on something we didn't both absolutely "have to have."  Frustrating after looking forward to it for so long (my navaguesser even got me a service manual supplement for the 2006 bike...I pulled the plastic off and my local dealer won't take it back...so if anyone wants to buy it let me know.....)
