I love it-great job  :2vrolijk_21:

I own a FLHXSE Tequila Sunrise and would like to get a matching tour pak.  Does the motoco make one for the CVO?  Matching inner fairing?

Let's Roll... I'm really digging the mods to the tourpak. Looks awesome, and some good solutions to a few common problems!

I've got a couple questions for you...
- Any pics available on the bolts, how you adhered them to the bottom of the lid? Seems like an awesome fix to a common problem.
- What brand lid organizer is that? I really like it.
- Just curious... why didn't you paint the tourpak yellow?

I REALLY like the addition of the license plate bolts, to hide the mounting holes. It never occurred to me before, but this is a perfect solution for the  holes left in the inner fairing when you delete the stock mirrors on the Street Glides.   :2vrolijk_21:

Cat, thanks, the inserts are not a perfect fit,  I had to do a lot of thinking and pondering to come up with a way to get them on that I was satisfied with.  I could probably get you a set of the 2 plates ( the front plate is the SE emblem and the back plate is for the color), they would not be color it would just be bare metal.  I think the ones I got are either 16 or 18 gage.  On mine I painted the back yellow and had the pinstriper outline the se then clear coated it.  The reason I said all that is for you to be aware that is not a precise fit.  Let me know what you think.  Let's Roll

:orange: Sweet looking TP there!  Like it alot!  :orange:  You selling those inserts for the slot in the back?  Like to get one in orange and black!

Don, Thanks. you go ahead and steal away.  You have help me out a lot along with others members on the forum.

That looks good Gabe.  Like everything about it.  Definitely not just another ordered piece with a few touches.  Very much a piece of your own making.  Really finished out nice.

Also, just between us while no one else is listening here, I'm gonna steal your idea to attach the lid organizer.  Might use it on the saddlebag lid organizers too.  They fall out just as badly.

First of all guys, thanks for all the compliments.  Also thanks goes out to a great group of folks here in this forum.  All the ideas come from pretty much all of us, you see something the your brain start to work.  So again thanks to all.  Now a few more answers.
The bolts - I just cut the antenna studs , the cut the bolt part of the license plate bolts and(2 part) epoxied them on.  I did that on the air cleaner( on the plate and the breather plugs) last year and they are still hanging on.

lid organizer - I'll have to check.  I know there's a tag on it.  I bought it a couple of years ago in Sturgis and it was a price compared to the moco one.  I'll get back to you in the next couple of days.

Paint - the color is actually dark shadow grey ( ford 02' HD edition F 150) I had one before my 03' and had
some paint left over.  It's a very close match.  Plus is a much simpler paint job to do that the yellow.

Hope that helps.  Let's Roll
