Bought an Arai with the J&M upgraded headset, and I can't say enough good about J&M quality and customer service.  The sound is great and I've been told that my transmissions are very clear.  I would heartily recommend J&M [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] [smiley=banana.gif]

On this note...I got another HD headset (prob a mistake), installed both in helmets...my GF can hear me, but I cannot hear her on the intercom...plus, when on speakers only, mine seems to be coming out of only one of the helmet speakers.  I'm not using the vox, just PTT switches.  Defective headset?

I have the Arai Profile with the integrated J&M and Nikki has an Arai Quantum II with the J&M added. They both work great.
