HOW TO SAVE THE AIRLINES

Dump the male flight attendants. No one wanted them in the first place...
Replace all the female flight attendants with good-looking strippers! What  the hell --  they don't even serve food anymore, so what's the loss?
The strippers would at least triple the alcohol sales and get a 'party  atmosphere'
going in the cabin. And, of course, every businessman in this  country would start flying again, hoping to see naked women.

Because of the tips, female flight attendants wouldn't need a salary, thus  saving  even more money. I suspect tips would be so good that we could charge the  women  for working the plane and have them kick back 20% of the  tips, including lap dances and 'special services.'

Muslims would be afraid to get on the planes for fear of seeing naked  women.
Hijackings would come to a screeching halt, and the airline industry would  see record revenues.

This is definitely a win-win situation if we handle it right -- a golden  opportunity to turn
  a liability into an asset.
Why didn't Bush or Obama think of this? Why do I still have to do  everything myself?

 Sincerely,

 Bill Clinton

Your comedy is not that far off base from reality..........So many yrs ago.  When I first started flying for business reasons back in the 60's,  the "stews" were not strippers,  but they (all) had the credentials to be one!

They had to all be (single),  at least a certain height, weight,  good looking, etc.  Get too fat and they risked loosing their job.  Back in those days,  many stews could have done center-folds for Playboy and Penthouse.  In fact,  some of them did. :2vrolijk_21:

Of course,  all good things have to come to an end.........Then we got guys (many of them gay)........(not that there's anything wrong with that) ;)  Plus married women, many of them much older than the old criteria would allow and of course weight restrictions got altered.........names had to change to "flight attendants"...... :-\

And now it is what it is............. :(

I fly quite a bit for work as well, and lately it seems that the "flight attendants" are older than my Mom.  What's next, vending machines on the plane :nixweiss:

Not vending machines, they'll just hand out quick acting sleeping pills as you board. That way you won't remember sitting on the tarmac for hours, the lack of food or the "large" person sitting next to you!

Just got back from a round trip to D.C., there were nothing but flight galley hags both ways. One could barely fit in the aisle and no doubt would sink the survival raft if we ditched. WTF?  :nixweiss: We've just gotten too damn 'sensitive' and correct...... :drink:

Political Correctness has taken all the fun out of life. You can't do, say or even look anymore without fear of being sued or arrested. God help us if the Dream Police becomes a reality....then we're really screwed.
