Looks very nice on your ride. The Softail Convertible is the only bike that comes stock with that spedo. It works great and the fuel range and clock features are really nice to have. Was it a tough install or did it plug right in?

Looks great.  I've been wanting a tach but just out of curiousity do the rpm's stay relatively low unless your getting into it?  Just curious if in daily driving the rps stay boringly low.

Easy to install...just plug and go...

The RPMs are preety accurate...idle is about 1,000 RPMs....cruising about 3 -4 grand and if you get on it watch out!!!!!

Napalm its awesome…that’s exactly what I was looking for…. but the only thing that set me back is that since is digital can you see it well in the day time with plenty of sun…and if you can dime the light at night…

Joe,

It is perfectly visible in the daytime - no issues even in bright sunlight. At night it can be a little bright in very dark areas with no provision for dimming. The consolation is the light is red so it will have a minimal impact on your night vision. The supplemental functions (clock, fuel range, trip odometers, etc) are nice features as well.

MikeV….thanks…. know I am getting one…is perfect because I was looking into the option of putting a Tack like the one in the 2008 Springers but reading it here in the forum it was a major problem getting all the parts and installing it in the 2009 and that’s without counting the cost $$$$ involve…
Have a nice day and thanks for your detail info with pictures….

I love the way this looks & functions... but I also love the mini billet tach... Is it possible to have both?  Will they both work together or does one have to be sacrificed for the other?

Does anyone know if the digital speedo will work in conjuction with the billet tach on the 07 springer?  I would love the digital speedo but would hate to lose the billet tach...

When the dealer orders the new speedo, they must give HD Partds the current mileage on your old speedo.
