2010 FLHTCUSE5 Riptide Blue Modifications

Just wanted to share with everyone some of the modifications I made during the winter and also thank everyone for the information and knowledge I gained from this site.

Finally got everything back together and went for a short ride yesterday - raining today.

SESG conversion - Rear fender and Fascia painted to match - Extended saddle bags painted to match
Detachable tour pack - Deutsch connectors on all wires from tour pack including rear speakers
Relocated stock amp under detachable tour pack rack
Rewired front speakers to get signal from radio
J&M am/fm antenna and cb antenna under fairing
Oil temp gauge
Saddle bag support kit without guard bar
Ventilator Air breather
Rewired passing lamps to work on high beam
Hot Toppers
Big Sky oil cooler fans
Fulsac X pipe / Fulsac 2.25 baffles and Fulsac map
SESG Derby cover
SESG Timing cover
Superbright led bulbs in instrument gauges
HD Horn cover
Kuryakyn lay down license plate
Harley Goodies 1” floorboard extenders
Tour pack hinges
Polyurethane riser bushings

That is the bike I want and almost exactly what I want to do with it.   Looks like you got a really good paint match.
If you don't mind saying who did it and what the charge was.

The paint was done by Boitnott's out of Fairfield Ohio - cost $2,000.  They did a very good with the flames and matching factory colors.  From what they said the blue was the most difficult to match.  Overall I'm very pleased with their work.  I can't tell the difference from factory paint, but it has not really been in any direct sun light yet due to weather so time will tell.

Next winter if all goes well I plan to change cams and upgrade the stereo.

Helluva Job...Love the mods. Ain't nuthin wrong w/ buying a 40k motorcycle which is supposed to be the top of the food chain, and add counless $$$ to make our own....Cudos on great work...
