I don't have either of those problems; running the HO slips w/ Dresser Duals and a PCV w/ auto-tune.

No problems here either.  I'm running '09 headers, SERT, and V&H High Outputs.  No carbon build-up on either pipe, no condensation, and dyno'd at 97 hp and 113+ torque.  Great throttle response, plenty of "get up and go" for me.  I'm very pleased with the set-up and appearance.  The right componenets are important but it still takes a good tuner to get good results.  Oh yeah, sounds pretty nice too.

Yes it does.  My friend had his 82 cu in. EVO bike dynoed in Santa Maria and it did 80 hp.  I'd expect 95+ and that seems to be what others have been getting at a min.

That's not as good as the Fullsac setup.    I have Fullsac 2" baffles in stock SERG mufflers, Cat cutout of head pipe chamber, tts mastertuner with fullsac map,   I'm at   92hp and 107 torque.  I do really love how those vh high outputs look though, and everybody seems to say they sound better than the fullsac baffle in harley muffler.

gotta wipe it off or it looks like this. condensation settles in left side pipe where it goes under frame see it blowing out when first started not a big deal to me just wipe it off every now and then

consensus is, unused gas collects at the lowest point in the pipe under the frame, and its burning off during the next cold start

I read this on the form so I checked and I too found the exhaust from the left muffler is hot and the right is cold on start up, I am running Power Dual head pipe and HO slip-ons with a SERT, my 1500 km service was done yesterday, had them fine tune the Sert as the bike was not starting quite the same after the last fine tuning, after my 230 km ride home, I noticed the left muffler now is black, the right is clean. What's up with that, it wasn't like that before they "fine tuned it"

Left black and right clean for me too!  How is this happening with a 2-1-2 header?  :nixweiss:
