44 seems like the top limit and excellent for the 110!

I get roughly 1500 smiles per gallon, when the little light comes on, it's time to fill up and smile some more.   :2vrolijk_21:

I just got home from a 2000 mi trip. I got 39-41 mpg steadily. Even when I drove it hard. Ill take it and be happy. It seemed to get to the point that it purrs like a kitted running down the road about 70-75. (the legal limit)  ;D .

i am confused by mine! i think i got one of those fluke/lucky bikes! on the way to sturgis from north platte here it is extremely hilly. we took some really hilly and twisty back roads through the sandhills and riding from 62 to 65 i got 55-56 mpg! while in sturgis i had to make a couple of flying trips back and forth to rapid. well flying to me at about 80-82 mph, i put 140 miles on that tank and got just over 49. granted i only have 1,300 miles but i am consistently getting above 50 mpg using 91 octane with just a hair bit of octane booster (couple full caps each tank). i know part of it is because i haven't tuned it but still i was going to be happy to get close to 40! i don't know about everyone else but 62 mph is right at 2,200 rpm.

My '08 SERK with a PCIII with V&H dresser duals, V&H oval mufflers and SE-AC, I could get on a great day, 39mpg.

On my '09 SERG with Fullsac 2", TTS Mastertune with Fullsac Stage 1 map and stock AC, I get as poor as 43 mpg two up and have hit 49 mpg two up.  The '09 SERG just runs a lot better and feels smoother to me.

I think it all depends on a lot of factors. On my '10 I have seen as low as 23 and high of 48. These are probably the extremes but, you get the idea. Usually, 2-up and "normal" riding will have me at about 43
I don't use the "remaining miles" function on the speedo anymore, found it to be not very accurate.

I have right about 1800 miles and I am getting pretty close to 40 MPG.  I haven't done anything to the bike yet but about to remove the cats and add the Fulsac cores.  (later of course)
