Fullsac X pipe results
« on: May 24, 2010, 09:33:31 AM »

Here is a dyno sheet on my bike before and after the X-pipe.

This is a 103 (not a limited) with mild compression boost, ported heads, an SE 211 cam, Fueling lifters and oil pump. The before curve is with stock headers without the cat and CVO mufflers with Fullsac 1 3/4 inch baffles. The before curve sucked, but that was self inflicted as I tried to modify a map myself. This was my first and last attempt at that - I found out that my seat-of-the-pants dyno is way inaccurate. I knew this map wasn't right, but I had no clue how bad it was.

This was my second trip to Fullsac, and I have been very pleased both times. The bike now has a broad torque bad, super throttle response and better fuel economy that before. The pictures don't really do justice to the X-pipe - it is a quality piece of work.

Shows what a good tune will do, not just "chasing numbers" on a dyno!!!
The "before" and "after" numbers are not that much off, but, the curve is WAY different :2vrolijk_21:.
Nice job!

Com on Mike. I think 11 HP gain is decent for a pipe swap and a tune up.
You would sure feel it if you downshifted once in a while. Lol..
