New to the site and recent purchaser of an 07 S.E. ultra ele glide. Bought the bike w 21 k miles from a dealer and it has a reinhart 2-1 exhaust. Not sure if any intake add-ons have been done and wondering if the bike should have been tuned w the addition of the pipes? if not, looking for advice on if i should purchase a serc or other tuner or find a good mechanic to tune it . Currently living in So Ill and wondering if anyone has suggestions on either and where to go.

The 07 bikes had tremendous engine problems.  First thing you should do is have the bike's VIN run for the recall programs that might not be done and get the bike's service history.

Thanks, when i bought the bike i found out the head's had not been replaced with the recall so they r now on order(back-order of course) at the dealer near me.

changing pipes alone doesn't need a tuner, but those bikes run so hot a tuner couldn't hurt .
