Hi ye'all,
Been around sometime on this forum now and tought I introduce myself.
My name is Gert build '56 and living in the Netherlands (Europe).
My first bike was a '80 FLH-1200 that I bought in 1981. I rode it for about 10 years.
After selling the bike because of marriage, buying a house, kids and so on I stopped riding for quite a while.
After a serious bikeless period I started again with a Beamer (BMW R1150GS all-road) to see if I still had the feeling.
The feeling never left 'Lucky me' and after 6 months I sold the Beamer because Harley Davidson was still my favorite and bought a '98 FLHTCI.
And then after a few years I fell in love with my Casper. The White Frost / Silver mist color combi made me soft inside and I wanted to own her.
She stood in the dealers shop for about 1 year or so without anyone buying her when I saw her standing there in all her beauty
The first owner drove 7000 Mls in 6-7 months and then sold her.
And now after riding her for 2000 Miles I still am very much in love.
Already put some chrome stuff on it, second is a perf. exhaust and airintake update.
