The box arrived Thursday so after work I started the install. Began with the Ness Big Sucker... Piece of cake to install even though there were no instructions. Got all the hardware tight then noticed this little black o-ring sitting down by the cam cover... DOH! Another ten minutes to take it all back apart and put the little sucker in the big sucker! Done!
Next, on to the tear down, Bags off, shields off, muffs off, cross pipe off, head pipe off, all went smoothly. Back together, change the order, don't forget X-pipe going on in place of the cat infestation! Pipe on, got the crossover pipe on, realized I missed dinner and was tired, went to bed. Friday after work I started in again, Ground out the welds in the muffs and figured if I ground back into the flange about 1/16" - 3/32" (beyond the area of penetration) that I could see a line of rust showing just as I got through the flange past the weld (leave the rust and you wont grind through the shell), a quick tap forward on the flange to smooth down the whole grind area and the old baffles slid out with a couple taps of a wood dowel. Muffs all back together about 45 Min's total. Muffs on bike and shields installed about 6 hours total for both days. Fired up the bike and had instant gratification

Rode around the neighborhood for a few minutes, she sounded great.
Back in the garage and hooked up the computer, Must have had my head up my butt cause I couldn't get it to talk to the bike... Wrote out the sequence without all the superfluous details in the instructions and bingo we had lift off! Saved the factory map, uploaded the Fullsac map... Ooh my! Amazin how much smoother it runs now compared to the factory map. I am glad I went with the small baffles, it has just a little rumble while cruising, but not loud enough to over power the stereo and it speaks with authority under acceleration, Under light acceleration you can sneak buy the popo no problem! The remap took about an hour and it should have only taken about 10-15 minutes, with the eyes seeing daylight!
All in all this is a great way to go, The bike breaths much better, has more power, sounds great and my right leg does not feel like it's just another shrimp on the barbie!
I have noticed a very slight decel popping, not bad and certainly less than my Road King had.
This install was much easier that I was expecting after reading about it here... but probably it was much easier than expected because I read about it here! Thanks for all the tips!
