Where can I get the Dakota digital antenna and Hogtune speakers ? I'm new to these parts and can't find my way around too well yet. Thanks !

When thinking about the Dakota Digital antenna you might also consider the competitive unit from TuneTrapper.  Price was cheaper and is commonly perceived to work a little better.

Here's a link to an Ebay store where they're regularly offered:

wonder why most  people in this poll thinks the MOCO will NOT offer Sat. Radio in any of the '06 models?  Why would they not offer it since they could make more money.  All of the car companies are going for it on contracts with either Sirus or XM.  I'm confused at the results of this poll........????? Well if the Motor Co is going to offer an Ultra for 06 here is how to
add a tourpack extension kit to the bike.

Someone posted a string for "Direct Parts" they were about 15-20% better than anything else I found for the Dakota Digital Antenna

based on what these bikes are, maybe a built in, upgradable, radar detector would be nice

WFP has one of those Harley branded units that mount right on the fairing (I think you do don't you Bill?).  It's a nice clean mount but I didn't ask a lot of questions about it.  Does it pick up from both ends?  Top?  Bottom?  Tiny cops inside the saddlebags?  Radar, laser, neutron bomb?  Just what all does that thing do anyway?

Just my two cents but I think the following are absolutely critical after a long ride and a couple of days at home with my Screamin Chicken

1) Floorboard extenders - I feel like my feet are going to slip off the slim boards and have trouble getting my EEE feet in a comfortable position other than my highway pegs.

2) Progressives or some shock improvement - The stock shocks just plain stink on this set up and give no confidence between the bottoming and wallowing feeling for me.

3) Open the engine up - Air cleaner, remap at least as the thing feels restricted above 3500

4) Antenna is a pain in the butt - I am going to put a tune trapper on but the long wire thing is ubsurd.

5) The seat needs work for longer rides for me.  The stock EG seat 05 is better but I will work on finding the best one for me.

I know these have all been listed here and elsewhere just wanted to get my complete list down to cast my vote of sorts.  JP
