tts probem

 I am trying to get ecm info (suspect acrs are not on) in section under select com port they are all light grey tried troubleshooting couldn't get em lit (I am not real great with computer but f----ing trying.spent 3 hrs now any help would be great thanks !

When the COM1 or the others do that to me I turn the bike switch to on and usually after going in and all the way out of the program it will allow me to select COM1

still nuthin Bob I am using a new computer but have'nt had trouble with other programs maybe somethin dumber than that :confused5:

I would try deleting the program and reload it,if that fails toss Steve Cole a note.

Start by installing the software then running all the updates from the TTS Software updater. Once that is done if you are using the USB cable you must install the drivers for it. They will be found on the disk but you must not have the USB plugged in when installing drivers (its a window thing). See if that makes it work, if not take a look in MAstertune under "Help" go to SEARCH and type in USB. Then follow the direction there for trouble shooting the com setup.

Steve your always right there! I have a question for you,I have my fuel set at 14.4 in a few blocks and the block stays red,does that mean its still in closed loop? Thanks
