Hi All,

I am in the early stages of planning a trip to Sturgis / Mt Rushmore / Crazy Horse Monument etc.  I will aim to visit when the Sturgis Event is on (August).
If any of you can advise things to see / routes / places to stay, I would very much appreciate your help.    On my last USA trip in 08 we did the Grand Circle with Phoenix as the start point.  My better half did find the distances a bit much so I'm not planning on any long days in the saddle (Well at least she's letting me/us go !).
I look forward to hearing from you all.

Ps I am visiting You (USA) this year, but alas in a Cage (Car).  Doing the Elvis / Nashville / New Orleans thing.

Lots to see and do in the Hills.  A good starting point is Sturgis.com  They have rally info and boards including "must do" items.
