D&D Exhaust with SE Race Tuner vs, TTS and Fullsac
« on: June 16, 2010, 09:43:48 PM »

Anyone have experiance with D&D Exhaust/ SE Tuner combination? I am going with the mid-sound exhaust 2 into 1, SE Race Tuner and put on the dyno. I am interested in a great sound, but comfortable at speed with the abilty to hear the radio. I was going to have the Fullsac TTS combo, but its at least 6 weeks to get an appoinment with the tuner. My bike is a 2010 CVO Street Glide. Thanks!!!

I would encourage you to go listen to a D&D before you get it.  It aint quiet!

I would also use the TTS over the SESPT.

I fully agree, been very happy with the TTS and Fullsac 2.25, can hear the tunes no problem and nice bark when you get on it.

I agree with Larry and Dave, TTS and Fullsac sounds and performs great.  Steve at Fullsac is very helpful and the map he sent me to use works very well.

If I'm not mistaken, Fullsac will send you a map with the TTS that will work with your mods.  So you can ride right away and then get your custom tune done later (when you can get an appointment).  I don't see this as a deal breaker.

As someone noted, you may want to listen to the D&D pipes in person before you plunk down $700-$800.  They are loud, and even the so-called "quiet" baffle isn't very quiet.  I understand they have a relatively new option called the CCT (Concentric) baffle that's supposed to be quieter, but I've never heard one and couldn't give an honest opinion.

Yes, fullsac does send a map for the bike when you by the TTS and baffles from him.
