Here's another for you to consider...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160446756383&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_1410wt_1161

There are no bids on this bike at $31k.  And there doesn't appear to be a reserve.  If this bike can be bought for $31k, you will not find more bike for your money...IMHO   :2vrolijk_21:

Yikes!  That thing is unbelievable!!  Thats the problem with these things......  Start looking at 07 streetglides with some bling for 14.5k ... too wimpy...too plain... ride SE Salvage title Road King... Strong runner with great sound....Screamin eagle bling.... Need screamin Eagle!!   ride one at dealer on freeway... too much wind.need fairing!   Next up to 20 k than 25 k now 31k...   or should I pay my house off instead!!!!     :nervous:      :coolblue:

Get the above, screw the house you've got 30 years to pay for that. From someone who is always trying to trade up (over 50 cars and counting)(only 6 bikes in the last 5 years lol) get the most now that you can possibly afford. Even if it makes your teeth bleed alittle you'll get used to the taste.  :orange: Go for it we are all here to help you spend every dime you'll ever make  :huepfenlol2:

Nice bike and only 22 hours left. I am sure there are a few watching and will bid tomorrow. I don't get why people include helmets. I sure wouldn't wear someone else's sweaty helmet!!!!!

I'm a lot like that...I tend to compromise in order to save a few bucks, then every time I see one of the bikes I REALLY wanted, I'm sorry I didn't go ahead and spend the money.  If you settle for less now, then decide to trade up later, you'll spend more in the long run.  The 2010 SEUC on eBay is by far a good price...Jus Cruisin is right about a few watchers who might bid tomorrow at the last minute.  I would call the guy if you're really interested...most of these bikes don't stay on the board until the auction is over.  Someone usually buys it early.  I have owned 6 CVO's and currently have a twin to this one on eBay...it is by far nicer than the other 5 I've had...

Not sure how many people are waiting to bid at the last minute. This bike was on Ebay before with a $34,900 starting bid and ended with zero bids on it. The 2010 Scarlett/Slate with 687 miles just sold for $33,250. The black one isn't going very high quickly either. You might have potential for a really great deal here.

there are a couple of black ones...I like these bikes, but I see a lot of owners in the near future that paid way over MSRP who will have a bike that's not worth any more than any other 2010 in a few months...

I looked at that bike again on my watch list.  It really is loaded with some nice accessories that didn't come on it stock...some I have on mine and some I would like to have.  Six months from now when the initial purchase shock is over, you'll be glad you went straight to the top instead of settling now and wishing later you would have...

Like I said before, this site is loaded with ideas on how to spend more money on your scooter...

Please don't tell your wife I was the one who talked you into a more expensive ride.   :huepfenlol2:

i think I hear her on the phone with a hit man in the other room!  She is just my girlfriend tho.  She thought I was crazy when I was talking to the guy and going for it!  He is bringing it right to my house tomorrow!

Oh no, riding it from the showroom is half of the new bike experience.  And you have to take the long way home......at least a couple hundred miles detour! :2vrolijk_21:

Bike will be here in 1.5 hrs...  I can hardly contain my excitement!   :nervous:

I am holding you guys personally responsible if I hate it!!!!  Or if I lose my a$$ on it!

Your reimbursement of me will feel like nothing once we divide it between all the participating forum perpetrators....  I mean members!   :)

Do you think this bike will hold its value well?

PS... For those that inquired...  here is a picture of my cutie with her original stuffed animal from when she was a baby!  This will be posted for a limited time only...  she would kill me if she knew I put it up!   In case you don't think shes that cute, remember, I m 53 and my friend affectionately calls me Skeletor!!     :dunce:

I am assuming you got the Amber on Ebay as the auction ended early. You didn't say how much you got it for, but if you got the deal we thought you would then you are already ahead. As the ad said he had over 40k into the bike so he took the biggest part of the initial depreciation hit. It should hold the remainder of it's value really well.

Congrats   Get some pics posted soon

I did get it.  I paid more than the opening bid price but less than the reserve.

Newsflash!  He just called me from the road, said a tie down snapped and dinged the paint in one of the bags!!!! He is going to walmart to get some new tiedowns...   I feel like doing this..-    :puke:  I think the price is getting more affordable!  lol.

What a bummer!  This us a bit disconcerting.  Worst case scenario, I think they sell those bags painted right?
