ZUMO 660 keeps losing music!

Any of you 660 users keep losing music, mine does, then they will appear, then disappear leaving me just a couple of CD's worth (I guess they must be on the internal memory, but how they got there is anyones guess!) Up to now I have about 90 cd's on a 16gb card, but it just keeps coming and going >:(

http://mp3val.sourceforge.net/  This is a free program that will will scan your MP3's for corrupt files.  I had to delete 8 of my songs and it fixed 20 some of 3000 on a 16 gig card and I haven't had a skip or stop play since.
