just sent it -- so I load the files on a disk and give to the embroidery shop and tell them what size and color??  (have I correctly interpreted this/)

Yes to part 1 - load the files on a jump drive or disc and take to embroiderer. The size of the embroidered area is set by the file. If you want a different size, you have to pay for a rescan of the artwork ($50-$200 depending on the size you end up with - depends on stitch count). You can choose the colors of the text and graphics (every letter could be a different color if you wanted) you could alter the graphic to include just the outline of items if you wanted, just can't change the size.

Files are on the way.

Let me see if I understand this correctly...You are riding with a jacket that identifies your bike while riding your motorcycle?  Isn't that like going to a concert with the band's T-shirt on your back?
