I am hoping no news is good news. (Hmmmmmmmm??) [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Rick

No news is good news?  From Harley or a Harley shop?  Talk about smoking something.  Harely only preaches the good news.  If you don't hear it ain't good.  Elmer Gantry does training seminars at the MoCo.

Thanks Twolane, You have a great bedside manner. LOL This makes a man wanna take up drinking [smiley=drink.gif] or in my case, drink more than usual [smiley=drink.gif] [smiley=drink.gif]
BTW, the pins for the rally look awesome, I may just have to go to Maggie to get the pair.
Rick

No problem Rick.  It's those small good deeds we share with our buddies that make the day go easier  [smiley=drink.gif].

And Maggie Valley in the autumn; it ought to be worth at least a good thought or three  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Just found out that the bike is delayed 7-10 days. Should have a "firm" date early next week.

Surely you're not having problems spending your $400!!  I've got my stuff picked out and I'm going to the dealership Saturday to go over my list with them.  I'm concerned about what I'm reading on the SERT and the Air Cleaner.

That is bad news Rick! Like I said the other day on the phone, in your area theres only two seasons... Winter and July. At least you're not going to be without a bike during riding season. I don't know whats worse, waiting for a bike to come in or having a bike sitting in the garage that you can't ride.

So on the pool that Jay mentioned, I can keep the list of dates that everyone picks. Everyone can send me their deposits and when we get to Cripple Creek I'll pay the winner their part!

Sounds like a plan, put me down for $20 bucks and I will take the day the bike comes in as my day. (Whatever day that may be, LOL) [smiley=jalapeno.gif] [smiley=jalapeno.gif]

When I told my wife about your suggestion for the $400, she just rolled her eyes. I thought it was pure genius. (I gave her the phone numbers for yours and FireD00d's wife. I hope you don't mind, I mean what could go wrong with our wives talking about how we spend money on the bikes.....)  :-[ Oh Crap, I gotta go [smiley=oops.gif]

Oh, Oh.... I think I started something... me & my big ideas! BTW, ... be sure to tell your wife my name is Brett  ;) ;D

Thanks, Tbone.  I have a whoppng 22 miles on it.  Took the wife for a spin around the block.  She thought it was great.  She is not very big, but the tourpak has got to move back some. She never has gotten where she likes riding on the SEEG after riding on the RK.  Got to put some breakin miles on it because we are doing a ride of about 700-800 miles next weekend.

[smiley=nixweiss.gif]Sorry to hear that, I should have expected it, but when I heard it was like someone canceled Christmas. I don't think I have anticipated somthing with this much excitement since I was a little kid. Hang in there, we will both be riding soon.
