Should be getting a new set of hard bags for my serk sans any hardware....  Does anyone have a parts list of what I need to make them complete (latches, locks etc)

HD part number 90948-00.  Everything you need all in one kit.

Yes, the locks and keys are separate and ordered keyed to match.  You'll need your key code.  It also doesn't include the quick release pins but you can use those over from your other bags.  53710-93 is a lock and key set part number unless you've got power saddlebag locks.  If you've got power locks you want 53986-07.
