It's so good you can use it as a salad dressing or gravy in addition to a meat sauce.

When I cook I use ONLY apple, hickory and peach wood. Apple is my favorite, but I do mix the hickory in with both of the fruit woods. As far as the meat goes, I think it is good on all of the stuff we cook in comps. Pork butts, Pork ribs ( either Spares or Baby Backs ) Brisket and Chicken!!!!!.

I am with you on the Apple and add some Hickory. Glad to see your sauce compliments any combination. I have found that there are some "sauces" that go well on pork or chicken but may not excell at Brisket. I also like a nice Pecan wood with Apple. Looks like i may just have to PM you for some sauce. :2vrolijk_21:
