All good rides must come to an end...Colorado is a beautiful state, with great riding roads and scenery...heading home on the big bird!

Great pics. Do you have a list of the days and stops or the day you went home, as I'm trying to determine the timeline from July 02.

Looks like a great time.

Get your "Motor Running Head", out on the highway!

What we've got here is... failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach. So you get what we had here last week, which is the way he wants it... well, he gets it. I don't like it any more than you men

Great pics. Do you have a list of the days and stops or the day you went home, as I'm trying to determine the timeline from July 02.

Looks like a great time.

We flew into Denver on July 2.  Rented a car and drove to Loveland, Colorado to pick up the Fly & Ride Bike rented through HOG.  Left the car at the HD dealership.
Rode to Estes Park on Highway 34 great road.  Night one - Estes Park.
Day two - Rode through Rocky Mountain National Park and then up to Steamboat Springs, Night two.
Day three - Took Rt 40 & 131 from Steamboat Springs to Wolcott and jumped on I - 70 West to Glennwood Springs, picked up TR 82 to Aspen and continued on Rt 82, awesome road.  Picked up Rt 24 up to Vail for Night three.
Left Vail on Rt 24 South to Leadville to RT 50 West to Montose, stopping at Balck Canyaon National Park.  Night four was in Motrose.  Next day took RT 550 South to Ouray, Silverton and Durango.   Picked up Rt 160 West to Mesa Verde National Park.  Toured the pork and rode back to Durango for a two night stay.  Took the Durango Silverton Railroad trip, an all day affair.  Day Day seven took Rt 160 East out of Durango to Great Sands Nationa Park.  Night seven was spent in Colorado Springs.  Day eight took the Pikes Peak Highway and visited the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs.  Afternoon of day eight road back to Loveland turned in the bikes and drove back to a hotel near the Denver Airport.  Flew home on day 9.

Great trip....Colorado is awesome!!!!
