Very sad to hear this news. Wished I had met him before, sounded like he loved to ride with pride.

Jim was alive in the saddle as he existed. Let us celebrate his existence and be saddened by the ending of his ride.

Just ran across this today.  It's really sad to hear of the loss of one of our own.  Made me reflect on all the friends I've gained here ... and appreciate each one a little more.  RIP, BAKRDS.

I can't believe someone who had been a member as long as Jim was and in contact with those local to the NY area and we just found out about this. Very sad and Jim will be missed.
