Hey you can flip the factory highway pegs over; it brings them in closer. That is what I did on mine; worked out great. Will see if they show up in this photo.

Captain_jeb thanks for the ideal about the pegs, never thought about that. will give it a try. Nice looking bike, how do you like the your pipes, i had them on my 03 road king and loved them.

Smoke Blower I like the pipes. Had Rinehart true duals on the 05 and 07. First time experience with the extreme. I like them so far; looks like they have come out with a 4 inch muffler now which is a little larger diameter. I think I could like them in black. I liked the looks of the stock mufflers; not the sound.

Let me know if the flip over on the pegs work for you. Wish I could take credit for it. The most knowledgeable (in age also) of our parts guys here in Mobile threw the idea at me. It worked. I was going to have a set of chrome highway pegs powder coated. He saved me money to spend on something else.

jiml53 i beleave its the standard baffle, its not to loud, this boss fat cat has a better deeper sound the the fat cat on my road king with the standard baffle but it will talk to you when you twist on it. the i keep the radio about half way up and i can hear it just fine. I haven't tried the intercom yet with this pipe.

You must be vertically challenged to have the pegs mounted that high and then have to turn them around.   :o ;)
