2.25" Fullsac Baffles Installed Today
« on: August 11, 2010, 09:18:44 PM »

Friend installed baffles today. Also using 09 catless headpipe added couple weeks ago. They sound great. It would have been OK with me if they had been a little louder with a deeper tone. But I am cool with there sound level and tone. They are not as loud as the Rush pipes on my old 03 RKC, but that may be a good thing because the Road King does not have a radio. Even running hard I can still hear the radio with the Fullsac baffles. The main reason I went with the Fullsac's was I really liked the looks of the factory pipes and end caps and wanted to retain that look. Plus it saved a few $$ over aftermarket pipes.  :2vrolijk_21:

Congratulations! Did the same thing. Did you also install TTS Mastertune software and map from Steve Cole? If not, you might want to do that too.

Well no I decided to be a little different than most on this site. Tuesday I ordered a PCV and will install it and along with the Arlene Ness Big Sucker A/C. I went back and forth between the TTS and/or PCV. I had no problems with the PC on my other bikes so thought I would give it a shot.  :2vrolijk_21:

would like to hear how that works out. Had PCIII on my 05 SEEG. no issues there either except for decel popping when ridden fast. BTW, best color choice! :2vrolijk_21:

PCV was in mail today when I got home at noon. Left the bike at my friend and indy guy along with a few other things I needed to have installed. Should be ready in a few days, told him was not in a hurry due to storms being forecast for the next seven days. Will let you know. I was not impressed with any of the 09 colors on the HD website, BUT when I saw this color bike in person on the showroom floor,(they had spotlights on it) the Silver was really popping, I knew I would have to have one. No matter what I had to give up to make that happen. It's going to cost me a 350Z later.(she said).
