Does anyone have an answer for correcting the rattle from the detachable tour pack, other than taking it off! It seems as though it is worse than it ever was, I have checked all mounting bolts.
I also checked with local dealer to see if there is any bulletin or "fix". Any help would be appreciated,, Thank You

I'm with Larry, change the docking point bushings.

There's a vendor that sells aluminum bushing that i really like.

i had the rattle too. replaced the bushings with the alum ones. great product to solve a simple problem

Thanks guys for all the input, I will save the site for the aluminum bushings, as I went and bought the Mo Co bushings before seeing that link.
I installed new bushings and it was better, NOT good, took tour pack back off and gently tweaked the arms of the tour pack out a little to tighten the fit, much better.
Also noticed that the lock assy was rattling, took it apart and gave it some tlc,  ALL GOOD,,, Like new,, no more RATTLES!!!!
