New to Site, wanted to introduce myself

Hi all. New to this site and wanted to do a quick introduction.

I live in Chula Vista, CA (think San Diego, but a little farther south), am a retired Navy Master Chief (22 years) and am the proud owner of an '06 FLHTCUSE. Some of you guys have dubbed it  "The Watermelon". I bought the one mentioned in another thread from Biggs in San Marcos. Anyway, great site!  

Am originally from Indiana and don't miss the winters there in the least bit.

Welcome Rick - just put all your money in a trust under someone else's control, and you'll love this place.  Otherwise, the folks around here will come up with more ways for you to spend it than I ever thought possible.

BTW - I can't believe you don't miss the "lovely" winters here in Hoosierland. ;)

Welcome to the site Rick! A squid, huh? Guess you got yer "land legs" back after retirement  ;D
It's cool, I'm a retired Air Force Master Sergeant (retired in 95). This is a great site where we have a lot of fun with OCD. I saw the "watermelon" color before I got my Crimson/Charcoal ... good color combo and it really stands out in a crowd. Enjoy your new scoot and thanks for your service to our country!   8-)

Gordito, Welcome i was in chula vista last weekend at my daughter Kerry and Brandons new place ( a townhouse) in east lake, combo house warming,wedding party with there friends. JC and I will be going down there and hang out  in near future ,use there place for a home base. Would enjoy meeting folk in that area .  AK
