TTS update?
« on: August 24, 2010, 01:11:44 PM »

I just uploaded my TTS on line. I haven't gone through anything that was loaded but has anyone seen something that should be. I would like to do a v-tune also. Is it make that much of a difference?

If you've updated Mastertune you should be at level 1.4.5 and DataMaster should be at Level 1.4.6. If you've got those yoou should be ready to start tuning with the kit.

All:  I got my maps from Steve last summer and just now getting around to installing them.  Used the disk that was supplied by Steve.  Where do I find the updates that you all are talking about?  MasterTune 1.4.5, Datamaster 1.4.6?

Thanks for the reply.  I ran that and the TTS Updater, Datamaster and the Mastertune and the Vtune-HD.  Everything shows 1.0.0.  How and where do i get these new updates.  Went to the web page and nothing leads me to updates?   Do I need to do all this if i already have the Stage one and Stage 2 maps from steve?

There is a program that installs with the package that it titled "TTS Software Updater."  Run that program.  You'll get the following screen.  When you see it click the button in the bottom left that is highlighted for illustration here by the red circle.

As part of the programs initial installation the updated should already be saved on your computer.  There is no individual "file" to run. You are executing a program.

Go to Windows "Start" menu.  In the programs list find the TTS program and keep working your way across until you find the TTS updated as shown below.

It is downloading the updates required right now.  I had to update the Datamaster to 1.4.6, the Mastertune to 1.4.5, and the Mastertune-HD files  update required.  it is currentlty still downloading on my laptop.  I am using both my laptop to install the TTS master tune  and my desk top to commuincate with you all.  might be slowing things down a bit!  Got those installed on the laptop!  Thanks!   Now what about the Vtune-HD will i need this since i have the maps from Steve?
