Check out Riders Claw in Vendors for the ipod holder and you can get a cable on ebay to charge and play it. www.ridersclaw.com

There is a mod you can perform to the stereo to wire it into the stereo or you can add a rear aux port find instructions here: http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=10044.0

 or Iron Cross in Vendors can supply and install their cable for you if you send in your stereo.
