Progressive Fork Spring (?)
« on: August 28, 2010, 11:29:17 AM »

I have a '09 Ultra and am planning to change front frok springs to Progressive.  They have two spring kits 11-1131 (standard) and 11-1536 (HD) anyone tried the 11-1536 or suggestions on which kit.  No I don't want to lower the bike.
Thanks,

I would assume that the answer will depend on how much weight the spring will be asked to support.  Similar to their shocks, there is a standard rate spring and a heavy duty rate spring.  If your standard front forks are bottoming out easily, then the HD springs might be the answer.  What do the folks at Progressive recommend?

Jerry, Thanks I will call Monday.  Jumped the rear psi to 45 psi and made a great difference.  I had been running 30 psi in the shocks. ;)
