Stock Bars

Wondering. Has anyone tried to put a short riser on the stock 08 SERK bars? Mine feel about 1" to low for me. I can't justify investing time or money for new bars. Any suggestions? kb

I have not tried it but I recently put 12" apes on my bike. Our bars are thicker than other bikes so just make sure you bring yours in with you for comparison. I had to buy different risers when installing my monkey bars.

You could use a spacer and buy longer bolts for a cheap way out, also make sure the chrome cover has enough clearance before getting  carried away.

Not sure you can go with taller risers on a RK, the cover will interfer.
