Great shots.  For anyone not sure what tire cupping looked like, there will be no doubt.
My rear was that bad when I took it in to get a new one, but I did get 12k out of it.
The worst part was I had no choice but to put on the same D407.

Thanks GT - that's at 9000 miles.  Front is just about as bad.

Tajke it off the wheel, and remount it backwards. That way, you can throw big roosters at the sand dunes!

My 09 FLTRSE3 did the same thing. Tire was covered under warranty!

I've had the dealer look at it (and the front) to see if the MoCo will cover them.  That was a few weeks back, and haven't heard anything, so I've emailed them a reminder. We'll see, I guess......
