No "misrepresentation" in your friends add whatsoever. Seems like buyer wasn't paying attention or didn't know what the heck they were doing. Hold them to the deal or make them pay. >:(

Thanks again to everyone. We are now in the dispute stage. We shall see what happens but we already know that the buyer is not an honorable man or he would have swallowed his pride and followed through with the purchase. Oh well, gotta play the game to keep from getting charged the relisting fee.

I saw you posted a link an eBay auction in the Marketplace section of the board.  I guess that means you were unsuccessful in making the previous high bidder pay for the bike?
